What this is
This is an unofficial, fan-made trivia app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any actor, production house, or organization. See About and the disclaimer shown throughout the app for more.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use this app under the laws of your country and to agree to these terms on your own behalf.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information when you register.
Display names and acceptable use
Display names are shown publicly on leaderboards and Fan Cards. Choose a name that isn't offensive, impersonates another person, an app administrator, or the film's cast, or infringes anyone's rights — we filter and reject names automatically, and may still remove a name or suspend an account that slips through. Don't use the app to harass others, post or attempt to post unlawful content, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
Reporting content
If you see a display name or question you think is objectionable, you can report it from the leaderboard or the quiz. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts as a result.
Content and ownership
Trivia questions, Fan Cards, titles, and other original content in the app belong to us or our licensors. Questions may reference an actor's public-record career and films as factual trivia — this doesn't imply any endorsement, and we don't use any actor's photo or likeness anywhere in the app.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or remove content that violates these terms, at our discretion. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the app, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
